6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Generated Content

Subject to these Terms and your subscription, you own the content generated through the Service. You are responsible for ensuring generated content does not infringe third-party rights.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CreatePulse.ai and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using generated content. We do not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors, biases, or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CreatePulse.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
